Effective January 1, 2026. Farmasoft Inc. complies with PIPEDA, PHIPA, applicable HIPAA Business Associate obligations and Canadian provincial privacy legislation.
1. Information we collect
We collect contact details (name, email, phone, company), engagement data submitted through intake forms, and standard server logs. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
2. How we use information
To respond to engagement requests, deliver contracted services, issue procurement documentation and meet legal obligations.
3. Data residency
Operational data is stored within Canadian jurisdiction by default. Cross-border processing only occurs with documented client consent.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing engage@farmasoft.ca.
